Successful projects
Client specific RFID development
The full design cycle for tags, adhesive labels or smart cards is carried out within 1.5 months, and includes the delivery of antennas if necessary.
Services of the RFID Laboratory Mikron
Development of technical specifications for new products, modification of existing ones: tags, labels, smart cards, including antenna design.
Development is carried out using certified software (CST Studio Suite, Ansoft HFSS, AWR Design Environment). We advise clients on technologies, materials, shapes, sizes, etc.;
Testing, including simulation of operating conditions.
Measurement of radio frequency characteristics at each stage of production using the best-in-class equipment (Agilent, Micropross, Voyantic, R&S). Measurements are performed in an echo-and noise-isolated environment.
Calculating and simulating placemark performance
Fine-tuning is performed for the customer's end-use. The CAD sets the parameters of the final product, takes into account the technological parameters and variants of radio frequency tags.
Development of tags and antennas in the HF and UHF band for various applications
ISO 14443A: Mikron MIK1312ED, MIK213ND, MIK1KMCM; NXP Mifare Ultralight, Classic, Plus, DesFire
ISO 15693: NXP Icode SliX, SliX2, EM Microelectronic EM4237SLIC/SLIX
ISO 18000-6C: NXP Ucode G2iL, G2iM, UCode 7, UCode 8, Impinj Monza 4D, 4QT, R6
Prototype development and production
Rapid manufacturing of radio frequency tag components for testing options at intermediate stages of production and in the final product. Creating variability in the production of components and prototypes of RF tags in general allows you to test and configure the solution for the customer in a short time.
Preparing for mass production
After testing the prototypes of radio frequency tags at the customer, in fact, a set of design documentation for equipment and materials necessary for mass industrial production with a controlled level of quality is already ready.
Development and production of prototype cases using 3D printing technology
Taking into account the influence of plastics available for 3D printing at the RF label modeling stage
